1st STEP The 1st steps of a water restoration are critical to the success of the job. Safety considerations should be your number one concern. After stopping the source of the water, starting the restoration process requires knocking down the bacteria and controlling the odors, making the work area much safer with WR SAFE deodorizing prespray. WR SAFE works to cover the germs and stops any further growth. Controls mold advance while providing the odor control needed immediately. WR SAFE will inhibit mold growth during the drying process.
 2nd STEP While the 2nd step extraction and drying process is taking place, advances in technology have now provided us with a NEW product which will speed the drying process without introducing unwanted moisture. WR DRY is a water dispersal product, which can be injected into drywall or insulation or fabrics and will release the captive water held in those substrates. Tests show that up to an additional 56% of total hidden moisture is removed with the use of WR DRY, than with just air movers alone!! Injectable or sprayable, WR DRY will gather the moisture and remove it from the hardest places to get complete drying. Whether in wall cavities, vents, or baseboards, with WR DRY you will have lower moisture meter readings much quicker. The result is a fully dried area even sooner.
 3rd STEP After the extraction process, while completing the drying process with air movers and WR DRY, you will begin STEP 3, the cleaning process.  4th STEP The 4th and final STEP is the proper sanitizing of the carpet and disinfecting of the hard surfaces.
